What’s Included
Conference registration (General or Student) covers the conference sessions (June 25-27), applicable taxes, the welcoming reception on June 24, lunches and coffee breaks, exhibition access, and the gala conference dinner on June 26. Single-Day registration covers a single day of conference sessions, applicable taxes, lunch and coffee breaks, and exhibition access. Welcoming reception or gala dinner tickets must be purchased separately. Tutorial registration (General or Student) covers two days (June 23-24) of pre-conference tutorials and workshops, applicable taxes, lunches and coffee breaks.
Extra Tickets
Travelling to Halifax with family or friends? Any conference registrant may purchase extra tickets to the opening reception on June 24 or the gala conference dinner on June 26.
TECH Lounge
Informal networking event open to digital industry representatives and career seekers. This event is also open to those not registered for the rest of the conference.
Research Workshop on Big Data Analytics
Sponsored by NSERC, this adjunct to the conference brings together researchers and industry in what promises to be a lively panel discussion around the opportunities and challenges facing industry for Big Data. This event is also open to those not registered for the rest of the conference.
Refund Policy
Cancellation requests received on or before May 23, 2014 will be refunded 100% of payment. Cancellation requests received between May 24, 2014 and June 6, 2014 will be refunded 50% of payment. After June 6, 2014, no refund will be available. Cancellation requests and other questions should be emailed to info@hpcs.ca.
